My husband and I stayed at the Lodge for three nights, celebrating my husband’s birthday. We splurged on the penthouse room and it was worth it. The room is updated beautifully and the bottle of cider and chocolate truffles welcoming us upon arrival were super sweet. The view from the room is spectacular and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from our balcony. We had a dinner at the Great room and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the food was superb. The restaurant room is overlooking the Cox Bay beach and we enjoyed our breakfasts there as well and then went for a beach walk right outside the lodge. We have not used the sauna or the hot tub or the spa but they did look tempting. Maybe next time. This place is a wonderful oasis on the west coast. Highly recommended! Stayed here for 3 days, and had a great experience. I requested extra pillows and a late checkout and both were accommodated instantly. They also have a sauna room and an outdoor hot tub with free access, so that's a huge bonus over some other hotels. The room wasn't a tiny shoe box like those in most modern hotels, and the WiFi speed was decent (not great). Overall, a pretty good place and would definitely recommend. "Long Beach Lodge never disappoints."

Whether it's pounding rain, or the sun is shining, Long Beach Lodge offers a wonderful, cozy forest cottage, with a warm gas fireplace, private hot tub and soaker tub, which we all enjoy using. The pool table was a big hit with our younger family members, as was the hot sauna.
